Faulty. Cartridges are faulty and dont stay in the device. So i cant even use them as they just pop off the device! Very disappointing

Not good. Not as good as normal a6 cartridges. It does not work well with fluid on the surface of the skin (ha). It does not puncture the skin as intended either.

Not as gentle as I thought. I watched some Youtube videos, and they all said nano carriages are very gentle with working only on the surface of the skin. They give you some glowy skin. So I bought these. I already had a Dr.Pen and was using 12 pin cartridges.After having a nano session on my face, I had some blood and red spots on the face. They were not major, and I knew they would go in 2-3 days. But it wasn't like any harshness and just a bit of glow after the session.I don't think I had an extra-long treatment or anything.My face is back to normal now. I don't say it's harsh, but you need to be careful to do nano before some important event.
