Return

 

You have the right to request return (There are some exceptions which you won't be able to return. e.g. product's plastic film was tore off, perishable goods, handmade items, customized items, adult product, or other special items etc.), but the return request is required to apply within 7-14 days since the actual delivered date of order.

 

For prevent fraud or abuse of return policy, we may require you to offer the relevant proof (If necessary) according to your return reason. 

 

- If you request to return due to personal reason (such as don’t like it, order wrong item/color/size, don’t fit, don’t need it anymore etc.), you are responsibility for the return charge. 

 

- If you request to return due to the delivery time or product problem, you may be required to offer relevant proof for us to confirm the specific situation and work out the final decision that agree your return request or directly issue refund without return.

 

- If we agree your return request, we will provide the return details, Including return charge (not available for the return request with personal reason), return address, and detailed return attentions for helping you to return. You are required to return the product and upload the tracking information of returned package within 7 days once your return request has been accepted. We will inspect the condition of returned product once received, which will directly affect the final refund we offered, so please ensure that the returned product is new and intact.

 

About product exchange, we’re sorry that this service currently unavailable as the process is complicated and time-consuming. 

 

Refund & Resend

 

 If you don’t received your order after it has been dispatched more than 45 days, you can contact us to request for refund or resend, but you may be required to offer relevant proof which depends on the specific situation of package lost. 

 

- If package lost during transit, for example tracking information doesn't update etc. exception, you can contact us to request for refund or resend.

 

- If package shown delivered but not received, please provide us the ‘package lost’ proof which issued by carrier for we to process your request of refund or resend. 

 

- If package lost or returned due to the reason of doesn't collect in time or wrong address etc., the refund amount issued may deducted the dispatched cost, and the resend may be required to pay for resend shipping charge.

 

If item arrived damaged, you can contact us to request for refund or resend by providing the relevant proof, but the request must be applied within 7 days since the actual delivered date of item.

 

We may amend Return & Refund Policy by updating this page when deemed necessary. So we advise you periodically review this page for any changes, and we may inform you by email if necessary. Following a change to the terms of this page, if you continue to use this site, we will deem you agree to accept the revised terms.
