For protecting our site, we have right to suspend account if account activities is deemed may caused harm to MakeCool and other MakeCool users, or violate the rules of our site, or the relevant law.

- Subscribe & Register: You can subscribe this site for getting news of discount, new arrival, website update and etc. at any time, and you can unsubscribe at any time if you don’t wish to receive any news from us. About registration, you can use your email and set up a password to finish the registration.

- Amend & Cancel: You can amend the email you bound to your account, the name of your account or reset the password of your account. If you wish to cancel the registration, please click 'Feedback Us' to contact us for cancel registration and clear your data.

2. Contract fulfillment: If you placed order on this site, you are deemed agree to bound by the delivery, return&refund policy on this site. You have the right to require cancel, return and refund, but your requirement should follow the relevant policy as well as undertake the corresponding obligation. We or the third party, like PayPal or your bank, may require for additional information to verify your identity or the security of transaction before accept your order.

2.1 Cancel Order: 

- If you decide to cancel order, you get 2 hours to cancel it by yourself after it has been placed. Simply log in to your account and go to View Orders. Locate your order, and click ‘Cancel Order’. 

- If order has been placed more than 2 hours, you can still click ‘Cancel Order’, and your cancellation request will send to us, and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days. 

- Only the order not yet dispatched can be required to cancel. Thus, please confirm the delivery time and product details before placed order.

- Order is Not allow to change the address after paid, as payment institution required seller must to ship the item to the address that customers have left in their order without any change, so you can only cancel the order and re-order with correct address. 

- MakeCool reserves the right to refuse or cancel users order for any reason. The cancellation may due to purchase limitation, error in price of product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

2.2 Request Return & Refund:
