The lights were disappointing but my daughter is happy. My daughter loves the dress came with the wond and hat I would of given it 5 stars but the lights are not like the picture it only has a few at the front of the dress but in the pic it's all over the skirt it is the main reason why I bought the dress I'm abit disappointed

Beeping noise in hat. Very loud beep in hat when it flashes or sustained beep when solid. Child could not light up hat or noise directly in ear.

Lights up! Perfect for my toddler. The hat and skirt lights up! Toddler loves it. She looks so cute in the costume. Great price too

Fits better than expected, Lights are an issue. I ordered the 3-4/3T size for my 4yr old who usually wears a 5T (she's 4.5in tall and 41lbs). I was nervous about the fit but it actually stretched out and fit decent. We're going ahead and ordering one size bigger to see if it's slightly better for her. But it's super cute and exactly what she wanted!I do take issue with the skirt lights because they flash and don't cover as much of the skirt as the picture shows. I really wish the skirt lights didn't flash. Her brother has seizures and plenty of other kids do, too, so this design is a problem and we won't be able to use that feature.*Second picture shows where the shirt lights are. Ours we're centered.

Runs little smaller. My daughter is 3.5 year old and I expected it will be little big when I ordered size of small (5-7 yr) but this fits right for just one time. It was little though to put it on and take it off especially for arms. Otherwise, my daughter loves it especially the sparkly wand.

Great witch costume for young girls!. My 4 year old absolutely loves this costume; she's already talking about wearing it again next year. Be sure to dig around and check out the switches for the lights on the skirt and around the hat rim; you don't automatically see them, but they are there and work well!

Fit Perfect!. The costume was perfect. Everyone loved it and the lights on the dress and Hat worked perfectly. My daughter wanted to be a “princess witch” she loved this.

So cute! And lights up!. This is the cutest costume ever, my 3 year old adored it and everyone had to tell her how cute it was! Great quality, great colors, great everything and the light up hat has several different modes!!

Decent. A good, average Halloween costume. Only complaint is there was not enough room for the batteries it claimed it needed.
