How to play Scrabble. Find one to three of your favourite people to play the game. If there are more of you, why not form teams for an extra competitive game? Taking it in turns, each player or team blindly draws one letter tile from the tile bag until everyone has seven on their rack. Then, the game begins!

Taking it in turns again, every player places down words on the boards in crossword style - making sure the words can be read either left to right or top to bottom (no diagonal words allowed!). Each letter tile features a score number which are added up to give your score - use more difficult letters in words to boost your score as much as possible. Don't forget to go for the bonus squares on the board which can get you double or triple points! After your go, make sure to make your letter tile count back up to seven again ready for your next turn!

Gameplay continues until all of the tiles are gone or until no more words can be created, whichever comes first. The winners are those who scored the highest! With only a mild risk of family arguments occurring over the legality of words, the Scrabble board game is perfect for bringing out at family gatherings and rainy days spent indoors.
