Not to be used on an industrial floor covering, it shreds mop.. Absolutely nothing wrong with this mop and bucket, please disregard the negative reviews, I found it easy to put together, in under ten minutes, the water has to be about 6 degrees, use your favourite cleaner, ideally one that doesn't produce much foam, as the mop will slow down during spin dry, or you could get a suds lock, again you will get a suds lock, the spin dry has to spin free to get the best result, after spin dry, gently slow the spinning of the head by first lifting the lever up to gently apply the break then click it in place, to mop then flush out the mop in the bucket and repeat, please please please, don't whack the handle down to hard as you operate the spin action, this is how you can break the handle, so a few tips and tricks to help, if you have not had one, the results are great, I mean wonderful, it's left the floor in my kitchen almost dry, best mop ever in my opinion
