The readings shows up on the screen in 30 seconds and shuts itself off a few seconds later. An irregular pulse indicator appears to alert you if an irregular heart rate has been detected.

The integrated speaker reads the results to you, very friendly for people with eyesight disabilities. You could also go to the setting to shut off the audio if you’d like it to be quiet. The alarm clock function reminds you to take the measuring same time every day for a more accurate BP tendency.
