Maybe it's the toner not being permanent I don't know, not a stylist.I've used Olaplex for years and love it so thought I'd finally give this shampoo a try.Not only is it HIGHLY pigmented but it's a thin/watery formula. A little goes a long way!I washed my hair as usual then did a wash with this product and it completely stained my hands that it took 4 washes with a scrub to remove it. It was on my hair for no more that 9 seconds as it was my first use I wanted to see what the effects were before leaving on for the recommended time.After rinsing, conditioner and then leave in conditioner I was shocked at how beautifully soft and manageable my hair was. It removed all the brassiness and left my hair feeling amazing.
