Hearmeout: It does make a difference. So my partner and I have been using this needling pen around 1 to 2 times a month over the course of 3 months now. It does improve skin texture and circulation.My partner has fine lines under his eyes and while the pen has not made the lines vanish, it has improved the skin texture such that the lines are less prominent and under eye dark circles have disappeared. The pen has had no effect on deeper lines he has on his forehead.As for me, I recently developed '11' lines between my eyebrows.
