Answer: As a new-hand,When you first to use our alarm and hang on the base plate, Please make sure that the battery is installed. If the battery is not installed, there is a lugs that cannot be pressed down,but if you don't want to install the battery and want to open it ,Please press the cover and twist the cover to close it at the same time ,In fact ,when you konw it and it will be a little easy.

Question 2:They don't appear to work.It just doesn't do anything at all.

Answer: When you buy this product and use it for the first time, you burn a piece of paper to test if the product is working, in fact it is not enough to generate enough carbon monoxide, and if the room is a little ventilated, the carbon monoxide is quickly blown away of,

Even if the screen shows 60ppm of carbon monoxide coming out, but it continues to have 60ppm for at least half an hour to alarm.

If you really want to test it, you can use a box, or a closed room with the door closed, then put a piece of burning charcoal in it, put the alarm in to test, and when the concentration reaches 400PPM, it will immediately alarm of.

1. When the concentration of carbon monoxide continues to 50PPM within 60-90 minutes, the alarm will sound.

2. When the concentration of carbon monoxide continues to 100PPM within 10-40 minutes, the alarm will sound

3. When the concentration of carbon monoxide continues to be 100PPM for less than 3 minutes, the alarm will sound.

4. When the concentration of carbon monoxide reaches 400PPM, the alarm will sound immediately.

Question 3:Error message keep coming up.
