disappointed. This is not the sellers fault. Braun no longer make the series 5 and I think these replacement heads are not made by them. The result is that the quality is no longer there. I could not get a good shave, it made no difference how hard or softly you pushed, my face was still like sand paper. In the end I gave up and bought another razor.
