We purchased this with the intent right now of using it with my 9-year-old while she is at school and at friends' houses. I don't exactly want her to have a phone so this was a good alternative. We use this only over wifi and have yet to purchase the sim card but we enjoy it so far for the few times she's away from us right now. Shes able to message me at school and I can tell her if I pick her sister up early so she doesn't worry. She also is able to message me from friends' houses so I don't need to go through the parents if she doesn't feel comfortable or is embarrassed and wants to come home. It's doing great so far and she enjoys having it. Her friends are definitely jealous!

8year old loves it. My daughter loves it, it's encouraged her to be more active with the step counter and she feels grown up having the ability to message us on it

For some reason, this watch doesn't keep track of time when we leave the house. I figured out that by calling or texting my son, it finds the carrier (public Mobile) signal again, and then its ok. Sound when calling is so-so. Tracking is ok too. It becomes complicated when you want to text to the watch outside of the xplora app. Overall ok, not impressed. Was hoping for more.

We got this for my son for xmas. He has used it just over a month. It worked great but the last week or so the speaker has almost stopped working he can barely hear people even though the volume is turned right up. Iam past my time for a exchange unfortunately

A little clunky and limited with poor battery life. So we opted for these to try and prepare the ground for our kids to have phones one. A few years. We have the added assurance that we can track them (most of the time!).The idea is great but when compared to Apple Watches feel a little let down.-Battery life is poor. At best 2 days, at worse 1. No different to it an Apple Watch 82. Features very limited, even SMS is disabled which I don't get. Anything except the basic activity tracking modes require paid subscriptions3. At the best part of £2, I think it's worth considering an Apple Watch SEOn the plus side they are pretty robust. Sadly they do expect £15 to replace the tiny plastic coating on the screen!In hindsight would have not bothered and waited another year until the kids could be trusted with an Apple Watch. More than likely we will hand down ours.

The watch is great when it is working. However, we have to charge it almost daily. The battery life is not good.

Works like a very basic watch. I don't know why there is camera on watch if video calls not possible? Just to take photos (who want to take photo from watch)? Please clarify.Battery life is serious concern for me... I tried to track movement of my kid and in 1 hr, battery was 5% down. I am not sure, if our watch have battery problem but how this can help in emergency when such low capacity? Cheaper watch shows better performance; not sure how it can help... Need improvements.

Stylish children's watch. We bought this watch for my little girl (6) for Christmas, she was over the moon with the overall look of the watch, the battery life has been great and she's loved counting her steps. She loves texting her family from her watch. We are looking at buying another for our little boy

Excellent. Got this watch for my daughter with needs and its honestly been the best thing ever for her she's really enjoyed the messaging feature being able to keep in touch when I leave the house made such a huge difference
