Impressed. When I saw it on sale, I decided to go ahead and buy it. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of display. I bought a 32 gb card and transferred 1 thousand jpeg pictures (!), this frame shows them all well! I set it up on random, so now I have best moments of 9 years of my life always in front of me. When I encountered an issue with remote control, the customer service replied promptly. Highly recommend the product and the seller.

Great product. It's easy to use and exactly what I needed as I didn't want a Wi-Fi enabled one

Video issues. Product description stated many video file formats supported but tried several file formats & found sound didn't work except for mp4. Seemed to work well if just photo files on the drive, likewise no problem if only mp4 files, but found that it usually froze completely if both photo & video files were on the drive! This was very disappointing & I definitely would have returned the product but didn't have time to as this was a present.

Does the job. Very easy to set up. Contemporary look and build (unlike a couple of quite bulky ones that I had a few years ago) No dislikes.

Pricey. Bought as a replacement for an old Philips photo frame that finally died. I don't need the music and video features which is why I feel it's pricey but couldn't find a good one that just shows pictures.

Nice Photo Frame. Bought this to replace a really old frame that was starting to freeze. Very nice lightweight unit. Picture quality is excellent. Had a problem where the rear support stand was missing from the box but after contacting the seller the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Would definitely buy again.

Where to start!. It was wonderfully presented in a box that seemed to promise so much. I bought this only for photographs and not video or audio files. I bought this to replace a Philips photo frame that cost more than twice the cost of this one and that was about 12 years ago but it threw-in the towel after a recent power cut. The advert on said it could be wall-mounted - not so. Only the 15 & 17 inch models have that fitment available. It is very bright - I toned it down a bit but the colours were a bit washed-out and not as vivid either as I remember or as appear on my computer. There is a 'support rod' that props the frame up to view. This is really only OK if you are up close, say working on a desk. In my case it sits across the room on my sideboard and projects above where I am sat. It comes with a 'User Manual' in the box. Well, that's not what I would call it.
